Unfortunately not. Once your order is placed, we can’t make any changes or cancel it. But of course, you’re always welcome to return your order once it’s arrived. You’ll find all the details under Returns.
Absolutely! As soon as your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Can’t find it? Check your spam folder or send us a message and we’ll look into it.
Yes, you’ll automatically receive an order confirmation email with all your purchase details - this also serves as your invoice or proof of payment. Didn’t receive it? Let us know, and we’ll resend it.
No worries - if your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’re happy to update the address. Just email us the correct one as soon as possible. If your order is already on its way, unfortunately we can’t make any changes.
Shipping
All orders are shipped from the Netherlands. Packed with love and sent straight to your mailbox or doorstep.
Yes! We currently ship to all countries within the European Union. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location and are calculated at checkout.
Within the Netherlands: €4.95 for orders under €75. Orders of €75 or more ship free.
Within the EU: We charge a flat rate of €12.95 per order.
We ship all orders with PostNL or another trusted delivery partner, depending on your location. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a track & trace code via email so you can follow your parcel.
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. In the Netherlands, if your order fits in a letterbox package, it will be delivered through your mailbox - even if you’re not home.
Within the Netherlands: We usually dispatch orders within 2 working days. PostNL typically delivers in 1–2 days.
Within the EU: Delivery times vary by country, but most parcels arrive within 3–7 working days after dispatch.
Please note: during holidays, delivery times may be slightly longer.
Within the Netherlands: If your order fits through the letterbox, it will be delivered whether you're home or not. For larger packages, PostNL may leave a note or deliver to a nearby pickup point.
Within the EU: Larger international orders may require a signature or be delivered to a local pickup location if no one is available to receive the parcel.
Returns
No problem at all! You have 14 days to change your mind after receiving your order. Just let us know within that period that you'd like to return something. After that, you’ll have another 14 days to send it back - as long as the items are unused and in their original condition and packaging.
Returning is simple. Send your parcel back within 14 days of receipt to the return address below, using a shipping method of your choice. Please make sure the items are unused, neatly packaged, and include your order number so we can process your return quickly.

Return shipping costs are at your own expense.
Return shipping is not covered by us. You are also responsible for safe delivery, so we recommend using a reliable shipping method - preferably with track & trace.
As soon as we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll refund the purchase amount via your original payment method. This usually takes a few days, but no later than 14 days after you’ve informed us of your return.
We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you’d like something else, simply return your item and place a new order through the webshop.
