2. Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to every offer made by Atelier Ánimo and to every agreement established between you and us. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

3. Product Information

We do our best to describe and display our products as accurately as possible. Please note that colours may vary slightly from what you see on screen due to monitor settings.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are listed in euros and exclude shipping costs. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer secure payment methods via Mollie, including iDeal, credit card, and Klarna. Payment is due at the time of ordering. All prices are subject to change.

5. Shipping

We aim to dispatch your order within 2 working days via PostNL. You will receive a track & trace code once your order is on its way. We currently ship within the Netherlands and to countries within the European Union. Delivery times and shipping costs may vary depending on your location and will be shown at checkout.

Ownership of the products transfers to you once the order has been delivered. We are not responsible for loss or damage during shipping unless caused by our negligence.

6. Right of Withdrawal & Returns

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please email us at hello@atelieranimo.com with your order number. Items must be unused and returned in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are at your own expense.

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll refund the full purchase amount via your original payment method, no later than 14 days after you've notified us of the return. We may wait to refund you until we have received the returned items.

7. Warranty

We do not offer any additional warranty. As a consumer, you are always entitled to the legal guarantee: a product must meet the reasonable expectations based on the agreement.

8. Liability

We are not liable for any damage resulting from the misuse of our products. Our products come with care instructions. Atelier Ánimo is not responsible for any damage caused by not following these instructions, such as incorrect washing or maintenance. In such cases, the right to refund, replacement, or warranty is void. Our liability is always limited to the value of the order.

9. Personal Data

We process your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information on how and why we process your data.

10. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control. These include, but are not limited to, natural disasters, war, strikes, pandemics, shipping disruptions, or government actions.

11. Complaints & Disputes

Have a complaint? Please contact us at hello@atelieranimo.com — we’ll be happy to find a solution together. These terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law. In case of disputes, the competent court in our place of business has jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. The most current version is always available on our website.
